The incumbent will be required to develop, produce, and manage engaging, accurate, and timely digital content for GWI’s social media platforms in order to improve public awareness, customer engagement, and corporate visibility.
To provide technical support to the Communications Unit of the Guyana Water Incorporated by developing content which includes videos, Reels, brochures, flyers and other visual material both print and digital to communicate the work being done at GWI.
Under the general direction of the Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for entering all relevant corporate data into the various computerized systems approved by management.
Under the general direction of the Program Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating all surveying, wayleaves and land acquisition activities within the department.
The incumbent manages Call Centre and all customer service operations, including staff supervision, budget administration, billing accuracy, complaint resolution, and coordination with other departments to ensure efficient utility service delivery.
To ensure, with established policies and procedures, that appropriate levels of inventory are available to support administrative/operational activities of the Company.
To provide for the operation of the Region Water Treatment Plant in the abstraction treatment, and storage of potable water for distribution to customers.
