Under the general supervision of the Assistant Shift Control Engineer, the incumbent is responsible for monitoring and recording system conditions and effecting all switching operations.
Under the general supervision of the Field Services Technician, the incumbent is responsible for conducting technical field investigations and audits at customer premises, to detect theft and meter anomalies.
The incumbent provides engineering support for the power grid's automation system, including configuration, testing, and operation, and participates in both office and field-based activities with specialized training.
