The incumbent manages the Ministry’s records and Access to Information (ATI) programne by designing disaster recovery plans, and determining the legal disclosure of records while educating staff and advising the public on ATI requirements.

Under the direction of the Director, Corporate Communications and Marketing, the incumbent is responsible for designing graphics and producing digital media collateral for promotion of the Library’s services and resources for diverse media platforms.

The incumbent leads the fight against praedial larceny by collaborating with security forces, drafting legislative amendments, and developing traceability and reporting systems to protect agricultural assets and reduce economic loss.

Under the supervision of the Office Manager, the Handyman is responsible for the lifting, transporting and securing of equipment, goods, stationery and other physical assets of the Ministry and assisting with general errands relevant to the Ministry.

The incumbent maintains facility infrastructure by performing plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs, conducting regular inspections, and managing equipment servicing to ensure all building systems and office spaces remain functional and safe.

The incumbent supports transport operations by coordinating vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and route planning, while assisting with staff supervision, budgetary planning, and operational reporting to ensure fleet efficiency.
