The incumbent develops and implements financial accounting systems and policies, leads the organizational budgeting process, and designs financial structures to ensure compliance and effective resource management.
The General Manager, Quality develops, implements, and evaluates strategic Quality Improvement Programs and Risk Assessments to lead the NWRHA's accreditation process and instill a culture of quality and safety.
The incumbent provides comprehensive legal services, including offering advice, managing litigation, reviewing contracts, and ensuring the Authority's compliance with statutory requirements.
The incumbent plans, implements, and oversees the Authority's health service systems, policies, and operational functions to ensure strategic goals are met and prepares all required reports.
Under the direct supervision of the Commissioner of Mines (SOG/ST 10) the Technical Coordinator (GMG/SEG 2) is responsible for providing technical support for the effective functioning of the Office of the Commissioner.
The incumbent acts as the Ministry's Chief Advisor on Industrial Relations, developing policies and strategies to maintain good labour relations, and providing leadership in collective bargaining negotiations.
