Barbados Reference Laboratory is seeking a professional, customer-oriented individual with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to join us as a Laboratory Courier.

Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager/Hospital Administrator this position is responsible for the receival, storage, and issuing of all items, in accordance with established procedures in place.
The incumbent leads the organization's supply chain strategy, overseeing procurement, inventory, and asset disposal policies while managing complex negotiations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising departmental performance and staff.
The incumbent will be responsible for effectively and efficiently implementing all procedures and processes required within the procurement of fuel-related goods and services, tender preparation and suppliers’ contract management.
The incumbent manages the transport of laundry, linens, and supplies across the Bermuda Hospitals Board, maintains vehicle records and safety, and ensures all deliveries are completed in compliance with traffic and health regulations.
The incumbent manages NHF’s island-wide transport, logistics, vehicle maintenance, documentation, and mail duties while ensuring road legality and safety compliance.
