Under the general supervision of the Caretaker/Chief Office Attendant, the Part Time Cleaner is responsible for providing support services by cleaning the offices, bathrooms and maintaining the sanitation of the premises and its environs.

The incumbent performs equipment installation, preventive maintenance, and safety inspections while managing inventory, supporting team leadership, and ensuring high-quality service to meet guest needs and operational standards.

The incumbent will be responsible for keeping the hospital grounds clean and ensuring the proper maintenance of lawns, garden tools, and equipment, while also maintaining the overall aesthetic appearance of the grounds.

The incumbent performs preventative maintenance and repairs across diverse technical systems—including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing—while managing inventory, ensuring workplace safety protocols, and maintaining facility infrastructure.

Reporting to the Administrator, the Groundsman is responsible for keeping the surroundings of the facility clean and ensuring the proper maintenance of lawns, garden tools and equipment; maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the grounds generally.

Primary responsibility for the refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation equipment and systems.

Regular reporting to update Chief Engineer/Chief Electro Technical Officer of any issues with the electrical system under his/her responsibility.

The Junior Electronics Engineer maintains and repairs all onboard entertainment, audio, lighting, and AV systems, ensuring equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and technical support to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
