The incumbent leads the Ministry’s enterprise risk management by developing strategies and registers to identify, monitor, and mitigate threats while fostering a risk-aware culture through strategic advice and capacity-building.

The incumbent provides complex legal research and guidance by drafting legislation, and contracts, while supporting policy development, managing litigation as instructing counsel, and representing the Ministry on inter-ministerial committees.

The incumbent leads HR initiatives and special projects to enhance the employee experience, overseeing onboarding, recruitment programs, and audits while managing the HR budget, invoicing, and compliance with employment legislation.

Responsible for driving and operating the company’s vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.

The incumbent provides comprehensive accounting support by managing bank reconciliations, maintaining the payroll and pension databases, and performing general ledger analyses to ensure accurate financial reporting.
