The incumbent manages USD-denominated portfolios focused on capital preservation, prices and markets government securities, supports debt management reforms, and contributes to strategic Banking Department goals.
The incumbent serves as the Bank’s public representative, greeting and directing customers, supporting branch operations, and promoting products and initiatives with professionalism, responsiveness, and detailed administrative support.
The incumbent provides strategic leadership for card and merchant services, ensuring efficient operations, quality service, and strong customer experience while overseeing multiple support units and monitoring market trends.
Reporting to the SVP, Group Head of Treasury, the incumbent leads Cayman Treasury Trading operations, supporting liquidity, funding, and cash management to meet Butterfield’s commercial objectives.
