We are seeking an experienced Supervisor, Technical Support, Merchant Services to join our growing team and drive the expansion of the Bank's presence within the corporate segment.
The incumbent coordinates merchant documentation and billing, manages POS inventory, responds to queries, liaises with vendors, prepares reports, and provides administrative support while ensuring procedural compliance.
The incumbent manages the secure inventory and embossing of credit, debit, and prepaid cards; maintains accurate tracking and distribution logs; ensures the secure destruction of invalid cards; and responds to branch and customer inquiries.
This individual will be responsible for the management of daily operations of Bulk Deposits. The incumbent will also work closely with their direct report in identifying and implementing enhancements to daily work flows.
The incumbent oversees business processes and Financial Crime Fiduciary Reviews, ensures regulatory compliance, maintains procedural documents, develops risk mitigation strategies, and supervises the Trust Control Team.
The incumbent administers a portfolio of complex trust and corporate structures, manages client relationships, ensures legal and policy compliance, monitors transactions and profitability, and mentors direct reports to meet revenue targets.
Will be primarily managing, administering and be responsible for a complex portfolio of private client structures with a particular focus on relationship development and management, revenue generation and the resolution of complex issues.
