The incumbent directs public sector workforce planning by developing talent management frameworks, scholarship policies, and succession plans while leading research, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and strategic human capital alignment.
The incumbent directs corporate services by developing HR, managing strategic planning and budgets, and leading recruitment and performance management to ensure organizational capacity and compliance with government standards.
