The position reports to the Vice President, Human Resources and has responsibility for performing general Human Resources duties, in addition to a specific focus on Human Resources Programs and Projects.
The incumbent provides executive leadership over corporate governance, legal affairs, risk management, data protection, and human capital to ensure compliance and institutional integrity.
The Director develops workplace policies, manages disciplinary and grievance procedures, coordinates staff welfare and health benefits, and fosters a harmonious work environment.
Under the direction of the Director, Human Resource Development the incumbent assists with the development of the training plan, coordinates, implements and evaluates the training programmes for the METT.
The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support for all areas of the international sourcing process with major emphasis on the processing of professional licenses and work permits for international health professionals.
