The incumbent ensures high-quality service at the customer service counter by setting goals, coaching staff, monitoring performance, and supporting sales, referrals, and service delivery excellence.
The incumbent provides accounting support for ledger reconciliation, prepares asset and inventory reports, assists with audits and financial packages, develops reports, updates policies, and handles special projects as needed.
The Associate supports branch operations by promptly and accurately processing customer transactions in compliance with banking standards, while also assisting with other departmental roles as needed.
